I'll post some more later... i had to keep one hand on the cat all day yesterday, she just wouldn't leave me alone!

I met a woman at a rest stop in Ohio a couple of years ago, she was traveling from Colombus to somewhere in NC with 3 cats. None of them were in carriers, she had the whole back seat of the car set up for them. Even elevated the seat so they could sit & look out the windows. It was so odd to pull up next to that car & see 3 cats sitting in the back looking at me. She said they have been traveling since they were kittens & it was no big deal for them. Her husband travels with his construction job & the 4 of them were going to NC to visit him. So it can be done, the key is to start early, I guess.
