The Squarehead Tribe....
My sister and I in matching outfits. We had a lot of these as, you may remember, my mother made most of our clothes.
However, it's not the outfits, cute as they are, that draws attention tonight.
It's my sister's square head..
We've always kidded about it. While we both have high foreheads, she had "corners".. immutable corners. When I scanned this picture and sent it to her, she wrote back.... ' LOOK AT ME! WASN'T ANYONE CONCERNED ABOUT THE SIZE OF MY HEAD??"
I told her we were, but didn't want to alarm her.. She was obviously concerned... look at the look on her face!
The ribbing continues.
But look how nicely she recovered!
Her wedding. Almost 38 years ago...
Can hardly see any corners at all!

yup and NOW I SEE that the little sister doesn't fall so far from the great Oak... (or whatever...)
It looks like I'm a little MAD and SAD that my head is not as square as yours! (oh fine, I'm exaggerating...) =0)
