T.P. or not T.P...
After breakfast this morning, on my way to "Le Target"... Some VERY creative teenagers had a lot of fun early this morning! I love this, it looks like a weeping willow tree!
I love it! I 't-pd' my first tree when I was 22 yrs old (Jeez what a sheltered existence I'd had!) My ex-husband and I had moved to the thriving metropolis of Milan, TN and our neighbors had two very energetic teenagers who talked me into some late night fun, Halloween of 1982.
I was carefully coached and tutored on the finer points of tossing technique, wind-up, pitch, wind direction and brand-choices with relation to drape, ply and sag-factors. The only detail they forgot to mention was the targeted homeowner's occupation - Chief of Police. Our efforts though noble, were no match for MizM's fiber artistes.
There's a tree here in University City, at the corner of Leland and Delmar. Over the years people have tossed matching pairs of laced shoes into the branches. I'll try to post a photo of our "Shoe Tree".

Oh-so-festive, but I can't even imagine what it looked like after the rain....
